How many workstations require support?
Please provide a list of the PC's names.
How many servers will require support?
Please provide a list of their names.
How many users will require support?
Please provide a list of their names, usernames, and email addresses if possible.
Are any of the users remote users? If so, what are their names? How are these users connected back to the site?
How many VoIP phones will need to be supported?
If there are VoIP phones, who currently provides support for them?
Are there any network printers? If yes, how many?
What type of firewall is in use? What rules does it have? Are there any changes to it we should be aware of?
What type of router is in use if it is different then the firewall? What is the network scheme? Do you have a network Diagram? Is your external IP a static address? If so, what is it?
Please provide a list of all other equipment that may need to be supported
Are there any VPNs we should be aware of? What information should we know about them?
Do you have a wireless Network? if Yes, what is its SSID and password? Is this run on a different router than the one above? If yes, what type?
Please provide a list of all necessary admin usernames and passwords to any equipment we will be required to support.
Who is your current ISP? What are your current upload and download speeds?
Do you have a secondary ISP? if so who are they and what are their upload and download speeds?
Do you have uninterrupted power supplies to the work stations and servers? If yes, which ones? Have they been tested recently?
Do you currently utilize any backup solutions? If yes, what are they?
Do you currently have a disaster recovery plan? If yes, what is it?
Where is your email provided from currently? How is it supported?
What are your public domains?
Where were the domains purchased and who manages them?
Who provides support to your website and how do we contact them?
Please provide a list of all vendors we should be aware of.
Do you currently use a different remote management agent other than N-Able? If so, what is it?
Do you currently use a different antivirus other than Sophos? If so, what is it?
Do you currently use Office 365? If yes, for how many users? Who are they?
